Have a bad ear. :-( Want to confirm: On the second line, he sings "my on-*ly*" friend", the melody notes are D-D-E-D. The harmony is G minor chord. But the E note sort of clashes with the G minor chord. When I listen to the isolated vocal, can confirm that he is singing the E... As for the chord, I don't have the war to identify the chord. But for some reason, when I strum the Gm chord, and sing the melody, I keep singing the Eb against the Gm chord instead of E... Both notes work with the Gm chord but want to confirm what is happening on the record.
Hi Raul, happens what you have said. Melody goes d d e d. Well E doesnt clash wih G minor as it is a 6th. If you sing Eb, it doesnt sound bad, but its not the melody. It is an G minor chord and melody is as you have said. Listening to it now i noticed that first chord of the verses is Fadd2 not just a F. So thanks for asking, ill do the reupload with correct chords. Good luck

Tell me, why should we use this instead of gutair tabs.
For more reasons.
1: there are people who play other instruments and guitar tabs doesn't make sense for other insturments. Try to play on piano from guitar tabs.
2: guitar tabs are totaly retarded way of writing music, which in most of the cases ignores the rhythm, and as i say it barely serves for a guitar. The traditional way of writing music is in to the partiture. It considers melody, harmony and rhythm. Its universal. People didn't invent anything better until now!
3: The purose of this channel is to help people find a correct chords for the songs. There is lot of crap transcriptions around on the web. This way is really simple and efficient. Just a simple way to reveal the harmony, not milions of numbers. When you understand how harmony works, through traditional letter symbols, it should be really easy for you to learn it with this videos.
Good luck, keep playing and avoid the tabs. There is no professional musician in the world who uses tabs. Instead of listening they take you on the way of counting. Music is aural art, not a mathematic concept. Use your ear, not mathematics. With listening and responding you've got a direct contact with music. With counting and counting you just loose it! ;-)
@@ChordsForYou gutair tabs has actual chords and yes, I do use it for piano, gutair, bass, ukulele and mandolin. This is basically gutair tabs but you can't play at your own speed. Guitar tabs, the app, it's not just chords. Also there are usually 10 to 15 versions of each song. So if you ever don't find the chords just right you can always look up a different version. Or change the chords around.
Just because there's no mandolin or piano tabs (which can just be chords & lyrics) doesn't mean we can't play them just fine and it's not to hard to pick up rhythm or just improvise a strumming/playing pattern ;-)
Well, I did`t know that you were talking about some app. I imagined just a form of transcription music where are numbers of frets and strings. If there is some app which helps you and you think is better than this channel, good for you. But I recommend to use ears rather than any app. Your ears are allways with you, about any kind of apps im not that sure.
