She was abandoned in the garbage by her cruel owner and could only cry in despair. She was trapped in a bag and couldn't get out. Fortunately, his cry for help was heard by a kind person...
I don't understand why such a beautiful puppy be abandoned. The owner should be put to jail. She is scratching, which means either fleas or ticks infestation.God blessed the rescuer.

tengo dos perritos resgatado de la calle y ya tuber 4 mas y todos de la calle y no hay nada que me duela mas que verlos sufriendo y que sea culpados de esto los animales racionales(humanos) no tiene nombre lo que hace.Mi alegro que como hay gente mala tambien hay gente buena como estes,gracias que sea bendicido con la paz.
