Banks will certainly obtain nominee details for lockers and deposits .It is advisable to open locker in the names of husband and wife,operated by any one along with a nominee. Nominee name also can be changed time to time as per requirement or necessity .For example nominee is died for any reason,the new nominee name should be recorded in the Bank,which will avoid unnecessary problems.
