Cream:
Milk 500 ml
Sugar 150 gr
Starch 50 gr
Egg 1 piece
Butter 170 gr
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt 2 g
Lemon zest
Turmeric
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Be sure to sift the flour.
Butter and custard must be at the same temperature, otherwise the cream will curdle.
