Flood seriously should have been a playable faction. Only having 2 playable factions in an rts is just so limiting.

If they ever make a halo wars 3 I really hope they add the flood as a faction, playing as the flood is just such a cool concept.

Would have been nice to see them use more ideas on halo wars 2, i still feel like they gave up on the project far too soon. The skins for units, not the best idea, but still could have been fun to play with. The flood as a playable faction would have been really fun. I hope 343 are going to add to the halo wars spin offs.
They stated a while ago they won't be adding any more. However, if we promote these mods as potential add-ons and/or reworks for the game itself, and 343 consents, we could get Flood and maybe even Prometheans.

On the topic of mods, would be nice to have a Team-respawn modded sound pack for halowars 2. Change all the voices of leaders to you and Ed just screaming nonsense

Also it'd be easy to collect sfx by opening up a video in your editor of choice and looking for where the audio peaks

Hopefully the next Franchise; "Halo wars 3" has This Gameplay Mode It would be something fantastic isn't it?
There should be an almost infection mode where the flood starts off with only infections and can take control of the other armies or something like that like it’s normal halo wars but like the flood infection is overpowered so it’s a 3v1 trying to destroy the flood and once the players is taken by the flood they get to be the flood also but on a lower level so like 2v2 and then 3v1 but 3 flood vs 1 human idk I think that would be a cool idea very disorganized I know

This kinda reminds me of the beast mode in gears 3 and judgement and I think it is amazing.
Halo wars 2 has even more content not playable in the flood race than Halo wars 1 did,wish they made a mode like this oficially,they could have perfectly done it and it would be great,sadge

The fact that the game had all the models, scripts, and everything for the flood from ATN dlc and they didnt make it a faction 😢 the blitz potential too! And fr forerunner/created should be a faction with rampant/rogue AIs like Sloan as leaders with powers that hijack units...
