    Travelling with a baby doesn’t have to be a scary experience. The key is to to be prepared.
    Travelling With A Baby Tips And Tricks: The Baby Bag
    The number one way you’ll ensure that you’re prepared? A baby bag!
    You will need a checklist, something that ensures you don’t miss out on anything. You can either write one down, or download one and print it out. Here are the things you simply cannot miss:
    1. Diapers
    2. Changing Pad
    3. Plastic Bags
    4. Favorite Toys

    Travelling with a baby on a plane? Then here’s a pro tip:
    DIY goodie bags to handout to people around you are a cute and unique way to put your co-passengers in a good mood. I’ve received these from other parents and it usually comes with a small note apologizing in advance if the baby is too loud as well as a few chocolates just to sweeten the deal. This will ensure that travelling with a baby on a plane is a pleasant experience for everyone.
    Travelling With A Baby Tips And Tricks: Activity Box:
    Activity boxes are a great way to keep your child entertained, especially on long flights. To create your box, grab a medium sized metal lunchbox. On the top, you can glue something like a lego base, a scratch pad or a puzzle. Inside the box, you can place magnetic toys that will stick to the lid of the metal box. You can also add a few small action figures/ dolls and other small toys. Last a few pencils, crayons and a small colouring book should provide your child with enough entertainment for most flights.
    These are just a few of our amazing tips for travelling with a baby. Want to see them all? Then you’ll have to watch the full video! Enjoy!

    Like hell am I bringing goodie bags for the people sitting next to me, hope this tip is just for the sake of the video. Bringing goodie bags and extra stuff through security and airports is impractical. Parents do all they can to soothe their babies. People should be understanding and know that it isn’t the parents fault

      it is not the parent’s fault but they have to putup with it for hours and hours. it is not their fault either. giving goody or not is your choice but putting them under stress because you don’t know or can’t calm your baby is not their fault. try to be polite thats all

    And there goes the ‘thumb rule’ hack...tackling Pressure variation!
    Remember, with all the 7 good hacks you shared the one missed and the foremost important hack is to know the pressure variation in a plane can cause discomfort for a baby, pain in ears to make him cry.
    What to do?
    The moment you feel a discomfort in your ears, gently close the baby’s ears too with fingers. He will not be feeling the difference or the pain.

    You don't need a DIY goody bag to please people. If someone cannot understand its a BABY they are not worth the effort. While it is the parents job to manage how much ever they can to not make it problematic for other passenger's, with a baby its not always possible. Travelling is stressful as it is, dont increase a parents or mom's workload.

    My baby is 3 months old. I am worried about taking her on flight. My main concern is bulging of ear drum due to change in air pressure. Do small babies of few months get any ear problem in flight and how to cope up with it?

    • @lalithanori
      @lalithanori Před 5 lety +1

      You will have to feed the baby while take off and landing to avoid ear pressure.. also keep pacifier handy to give it to your baby whenever required.. keep pain medication handy just in case

    Goodie bag for others? LOL what is this servant mentality, it’s your child, anyone on a plane should expect other children it’s not your job to please others and serve them like a slave. Parent do their best it’s not their fault

    Please show some consideration for the other passengers on the plane and don't be so selfish. We don't want or need this on flights.

  • @luddite2702
    @luddite2702 Před 2 lety

    Best tip is don't take them on planes at all. Flights are expensive and the least I expect is to travel in comfort and peace and quiet. Airlines should put them all together in the back of the plane like they used to do with smokers and let them annoy each other. Its time the silent majority spoke up against these selfish and inconsiderate parents. Its ironic that these brats are on the plane for free but they make life a misery for fare paying passengers. Have some consideration for the other passengers on the plane and don't be so selfish.

    • @flyby3079
      @flyby3079 Před 2 lety +1

      If you have relatives overseas that are aging, then delaying travelling with a baby or toddler isn’t an option. While i agree that parents with babies should be separated from other passengers, unfortunately thats not going to happen anytime soon. So suck it up & deal with it or try to help a parent if you see a crying toddler. Most parents are already stressed as it is when flying with their child & sometimes as a parent you can only do your best to calm your child down, but they won’t always calm down no matter what you do.
