So far, this is the most impractical yet beautiful house I've ever seen featured...anywhere. Definitely for those who can afford an P80M weekend house.
For me , yung view lang nagdala that's why it's 80 Million . Sana mas mababa pa yung price kasi it's still needs renovation.
Man, this house is superb. I admire so many elements in this house.

2. Bedroom #4's entire floor - If I own this house, I'll have that bedroom #4. I could spend my entire day without leaving that area. Haha!
Looks like an industrial modern bahay kubo with a vibe of the Cullen house in Twilight saga. And when the drone footage was shown, it's like a miniature house design, cool. Ang ganda ng architecture. Ang imaginative ng gumawa. ❤️
I love how Julia greets furbabies everytime she saw one, even with her previous videos. So pure. ❤️
BTW, about the house not one of my favorite but if I have an 80m sitting in my bank account why not right? Heheh

Mas priority nila yung mga balcony kesa sa mga bedroom. Kung gaano ka spacious ung balcony, ganun naman ka sikip ung mga kwarto. But anyway, maganda yung bahay. May character. Unique at naiiba sa mga bahay sa City.
Probably the most confusing house i’ve ever seen on presello in terms of design and structure The spaces are impractical and a total waste. The selling point is just view of the lake. 😁

Impractical ackward layout, tight cramp spaces, harsh rough surfaces, and so much wasted space. The view is divine and the balconies are marvellous.

To be honest, I don't really understand the theme of the house. Even the design flow and landscape does not feel complete. I mean usually with that price range it should be polish. It's like a huge house with no soul. It feel empty viewing this house.
i think they hired someone with a bad taste. no subtlety, more shock and awe.

Mahirap mag construct sa sloping lot... Magastos. Maganda ang idea na each floor has its own balcony. Kung may ganung kagandang view naman diba maglalagay talaga ako space for that.👌

A fantastic home. The unique design that showcases the view. Is it close to the beach? I was expecting it to be located steps from the beach .. a beach lover's.
As a secondary home for the very rich ..not a primary home.
Maybe as an Airbnb, bed and bfast, retreat or a weekend home for the very rich..
The view is nice but all I can think of is how hot the house must be with all those windows especially the 4th bedroom. There's also a lot of wastef space and the parking is to steep and doesn't even have a roof to protect the vehicles
So much space, yet all the rooms are very small. Only one has an en suite, and it is not even the master BR.
if it can survive a typhoon signal 5 & there's minimal damage like slater's house then this is good. let's see what 80m can do 😁

This home is designed for the view of the sea/cove it’s really nice, very modern and industrial chic, but the lot area is so small I think this is the price you’re paying for an exclusive subdivision.
this looks like house done by an architect who deprioritized interiors. awkward interiors, poorly done cabinetry, bad furniture choice

I just hope that the one lucky person who can buy this gorgeous home will leave the bare concrete as is, else it will lose its amazing aesthetic. If only I could buy it right away.
the only disappointing about this house is the fact that there’s no toilet and bath for each room .. i feel like most of the spaces were used for balconies (not complaining) but it would have been better to opt it out with bathroom w views instead
