If one wants to be meditative and alert throughout the day he needs to eat and chew food in certain way.
In yogic way of life to stay alert one needs to eat just 24 morsels and each morsel should be chewed 24 times slowly, This will help in easy digestion of food and one can remain healthy always.

Probably sattvic foods. Easy go to is like a Buddha bowl or rice beans and veggies

24 times is too few to get a morsel into paste. I am literally talking about a Banana morsel. I ate 2 Bananas which were 22 morsels. And 4 Dates (2 morsels). Am I chewing too much? 🙏
And this did not work for me, as I slept more, the body needed more energy, wake up feeling totally weak, couldnt do my morning exercises
How can two bananas be 22 morsels?
24 morsels in lunch,24 in dinner and 24 in breakfast not all day
Why all of them in ashram eating in left hand?
a mouthfuls of rice needs more chews than mouthfuls of yogurt. So why 24. 1mouthfull rice 50 times
