Boss, what judiciary are you talking about? Last I checked the Justice Index - India ranked below even Mongolia and Malawi.
That CJI Gogoi was allegedly accused of sexual harassment by his own Jr Assistant. She was terminated from her post. After Gogoi retired the girl lodged a complaint and the internal committee promised her a fair trial. In the end they just reinstated her and Gogoi was neither named nor punished. In fact GoI gave him a RS ticket. Clear case of conflict of interest if a CJI is getting a RS ticket. How do we know that he did not rule in favor of high ranking politicians to get the ticket in return?
Congress only gave power to Police. I think when Congress will come in Power they should pull back the power of Police which they are misusing of it. And I think this reservation of caste should go because of this reservation right candidate are suffering.

Internationally speaking, the Indian government is referred to a the Hindu Nationalist government and a partial democracy. Don't think Modi has fooled anybody as being on the right path hence the BBC documentary about the PM which was banned in India.
