I didn't have too much confidence on Congress as 55 years of Congress regime why they did not think of improving the power of constitution body , because they to were busy exploiting it , but still they are fighting. Let's hope the have learn from the past and can work to improve our future which seems dark nowadays.i think I cannot handle Modi or BJP anylonger

Judiciary reform is required. Unfortunately no one is able to opine what is way forward. Democracy is throttled and only discussion on helplessness.

There is very little credibility to Ms Chatur. She had criticised the StinkSena for being communal on national TV and within 2 days, she resigned and joined the SS. If you have such slippery leaders without any principles and moral compass, our democracy would be damaged no matter how much sophistry they unleash. Principally, because UBT had no leader who was presentable, could speak for a minute without cursing and could speak English, and most importantly, had a space in the RS, it inducted the lady and immediately sent her to the RS. How could we trust these so-called leaders who change their colors instantly--if they could find a more lucrative job? Other than TV appearances, she has hardly anything on her CV.

Saket Gokhale has had nursed one life-long grievance: His dad, a police officer, was ill-treated by the MH govt (happened to the undivided BJP+SS govt I believe and I sympathize with him). Then, he started a one-man campaign against the above parties. His social media profile helped him get a foothold in TMC. The TMC has very few people who could use social media and speak in English--thus, ended in the RS.--with very little to show on the CV. The RS has been losing its importance with such member profiles. Nobody should be because in custody, but why should an MP be treated differently (after notifying the speaker, etc.) while in custody? It is also that the govt agencies advance the ruling party's agenda.
