The NBA is filled with athletics freaks, hence, players can become replaceable as they grow older. So it's possible, but it has become unlikely.

I checked out a couple of Bronny's most recent games, and he looks legit. The dude can get downhill in a flash, has very good body control when finishing at the basket, and can do basically a little bit of everything on offense, which is very encouraging, since his defense might actually be the best part about his game

Its tough to play and score at a high level for 20 seasons. If we look at Kevin Durant, whom we had praised to be a great scorer and could one day be an all-time leading scorer, injuries had shortened and even pushed back that timeline.
It takes alot of hardwork, dedication and even good luck & blessings to be relatively healthy for 20 seasons.
Furthermore, LBJ starts from 18 out of high school. Everyone current is at least 1 year more. To make things worse, there's a trend of reclassifying, making players coming in the league either 1 or even 2 years older than the minimum draft age.
Lol Luka is nowhere near close. Kevin Durant is sitting at 26k which would be the closest.
