@@CallMeMrX this is not a visual suit,I don't think as inertial based ones are all the rage now, so head tracking is done via sensor, even if they used a different way for facial mocap although his face is obscured in most shots and no secondary camera for face. face markers are only for the video most likely
@@Loki-qo2kb Well in that case I have no idea, I guess not everyone who sets this stuff up knows exactly what is required, so maybe they just added them out of habit or in case they were needed. I've worked on VFX shots where there were unnecessary blue/green screens, set props that were in the wrong place and all manner of inconsistencies, so perhaps this is just another one.

Potentially for subtle expression, but likely to gauge where the eyes are facing, and head movement
