I dunno if someone's already commented it, but The Faint (that band Ryan went to see in 2004) has huuuuuge influences over AFYCSO. Musically speaking, of course, they got this dance punk and techno sound you can trace in the album. I'd recc listening to Danse Macabre if you like Fever.

have you heard their pure volume songs?? ugh i wanted to so bad but the website was already down and the tracks were unlistenable when i found their page. i heard one song it started off Hey Matt... and then followed by a really long title it blew my mind how good it was. i don't think it was under panics names tho it was his previous band before panic but i can't think of the name now oh wait it's called The Summer LEAGUE or something. i'm 98% sure ryan was singing the entire song. i wish i could find it again it was so good

back in that time, as far as i remember, rumors fly that jac was the one who cheated and apparently everyone knew about the cheating (because she was like the scene queen), except ryan himself. some people say that both she and keltie are not exactly the best people in the world, and based on keltie's book, i believe that she's not a good person. but idk ppl change

Not sure if it's because most women mature faster than men or if Ryan's experience with his alcoholic father impacted his level of maturity. "Kids" is a nice term colloquially but I know 18 year old me would feel so uncomfortable if I was actually being infantilized that way😆.
