The reason everyone loves Syskey videos so much is because itâs giving the scammers a taste of their own medicine! Too many times victims get locked out of their computers by scammers so itâs nice to see the shoe on the other foot!
@Silent Shu-Shu you can if it's an earlier version update. I think update 16XX something and earlier, I forget exact number. I know it's unlikely for someone to still be on an old enough update but still, to say it can't be done on Windows 10 is incorrect

@@dimitardimitrov9482 Yes they get a huge payoff, but if each scambaiter literally ruins the entire computer and all the work on it, that would start to discourage this, since the loss will be huge as well (at least until they secure their computer differently).
the scammers, as dumb and repulsive as they are, know what their target audience is - old gullible westerners with little to no knowledge in computer tech...and there are enough of those around to still do this and be profitable

I'm a disabled veteran and I myself have been scammed a few years ago, I felt so ashamed of myself for falling for the scam, but back then I wasn't aware of such scams and being away from home fighting for my country I was never aware of all this. It's "John from Ohio" with an Indian accent who says he's "from Windows" (not even microsoft lol) that I don't trust.

I love how you get these guys because years ago when I got my first computer I knew I had a virus on it but at the time they said they would find it and take care of it. The locked me out of my computer and I ended up taking it to a computer shop. The shop said they could not unlock it so I ended up throwing it away. Luckily it was a cheap tiny computer. But now I never trust anyone on the internet with fixing my computers. I would like to do this to scammers just for fun for me but if I was able to find other people's info I would let them know. Keep up the great work and videos. I have been watching for years and it does not get old.

I've made a python script and put a .bat file on the startup directory automaticly and the .bat file erase the hole system32 so. it's to easy to made it, you can do this on every directory you want, C:\user\desktop ; C:\user\pictures ; C:\user\documents ; etc it's so easy
