Not worked for me 🤨 .After 3 year hibernation,stil 54% ,but not charging,and not powering on the rotors.When i put on charger: 2 light blinking and after 5 sec all 4 start blinking(not 2-2 alternatively as in video),and stop after 4-5 seconds.

Thank you. This info on how to reset really helped, my battery now started charging again. Don't know how can I trust this battery again, probably will use as a last last last minute backup. Some fast facts. My cable didn't have any colors just black and didn't have to remove the 3 elements. The adapter was removable after I unscrewed everything even the top box. Still it worked really nice. Thanks again

I have seen from another video that this repair attempt hasn't gone well because the drone detects battery over discharge setting count 1 and it refuses to work... have you tried to disconnect the battery pcb again a second time "after" charge waiting to see if it resets? I guess that maybe such over-discharge count is set to 1 because after the first reset that allowed you to charge the battery, the control system of battery counted such charge started from 0% as well.

Fatto... la batteria si ricarica, come dici, ma se provi a volare non puoi, perche` il drone riconosce la batteria come danneggiata quando la si collega al radiocomando, bloccandola di nuovo. Quindi poi per ricaricarla nuovamente bisogna ripetere l`operazione di smontaggio...
Anche montando la batteria su un altro drone (subito dopo l`operazione che descrivi), quindi su un drone che non ha mai rilevato quella batteria come danneggiata, viene comunque rilevata come danneggiata e bloccata nuovamente per la ricarica.
Qualcuno sa come rendere davvero riutilizzabile la batteria per volare?

Enquanto falava com o Support tive que confirmar o recebimento ao vendedor, quando abri uma disputa e, por isso, me devolveram 19 dólares dos 97 gastos/ pagos só na bateria e, segundo o Support perdi a garantia por isso. I did the fix, and got the battery to charge to full but then when I went to use the drone a message was on my phone saying "battery damaged, cannot continue to use" "unstable battery voltage, use with caution" and "battery cells may be damaged, please replace them as soon as possible." any thoughts? Yes, the same here, all 3 Cells have correct voltage after charging, all seems fine, but when replaced at the Fimi X8SE and connected, I can not fly, error message, battery is (still) damaged, because it was one time deep discharged :)

i tried many time to call and chat with fimi help lines. they just said nothing, but i have a fimi mini drone and i tested my mini x8 drone for few times upto 0% battery, luckily they dont have any thing which says that battery is damaged. its good step by fimi but i am sure they can send updates with new firmware for battery who can fix the damaged batteries. but unfortunately they wont do it because they want to make money, i made another video where i am using that so called damaged battery with modification, and used into to hubsan zino pro drone, it gives a lot of flying time, link is here.

Battery error appeared after couple uses only. was not dropped. all cells are balanced. Charger can charger but drone still gives error.

@@IKE_MMA leave that small connector unplugged while plugging in charger, then reconnect small connector and then unplug and replace in charger to battery and it WILL charge. You have to do it every charge though...

@@universalinformationentert3976 It's not a virus. It's worse than that. It's their own firmware that is deliverey over-the-air. I asked them by mail and everything they answered was "buy a new one haha" (ok, not with that sarcasm). There are hidden app options that are enabled by their support remotely. In fact, would be nice if someone hack over their firmware or the APK app so we can unlock everything and fly freely with our drones.

Nao e necessario desmontar toda a bateria pra apenas desligar o cabo das celulas,balanceamento, basta apenas retirar a tampa e ja da acesso ao tal cabo. Desconetar por alguns segundos .por vezes se tem de retirar um pouco de cola q tem em volta do mesmo.desta forma e bem mais facil e rapido e menos arriscado , ha varios video mostrando isso
eu fiz exatamente isso , retirei a tampa e desconectei os cabos , deixei praticamente uns dias sem mexer e depois eu montei novamente e pra minha surpresa , desagradavelmente as células continuam desbalanceadas , não sei mais o que fazer .
@@tapanakara0613 a mim tbm nao resultou ...a meu ver esta bateria apesar de inteligente ..requer muitos cuidados . E mesmo assim ..por vezes acontece isto. E basta uma das celulas estar abaixo...q e o meu caso ...com apenas 7 ciclos e ja era ...e o pior e q sao bem caras entre 100 a 130 euros ..vou tentar talvez ligar outras baterias..aproveitando a caixa da bateria danificada e fazendo umas alteracoes..envolve cabos e soldas etc .. mas creio ser possivel

it is good for your battery, you can change the settings for RTH for even 10% but you will loose battery if you touch to 15% of battery level. so i suggest to leave it as it is, thanks

Xiaomi mi drone 4k такая же проблема, в аккумулятор нужно внедрить плату ардуино, на сайте 4pda есть информация только для авторизованых пользовотелей, аккумуляторы подобные.

Hice lo indicado y el drone no me permite volar. Luego la batería siguió comportarse con la misma falla y volví a desarmar la batería y no obtuve buenos resultados. En resumen No pasa nada con esta operación.

Me pasa lo mismo, desconecté la clavija y tras varios segundos la volví a conectar permitiendo así poder cargar la batería. El problema es que al colocarla en el drone no deja iniciar el vuelo. Dice que la batería está dañada. Alguna solución?
