Thanks for this. I find that the JP inside Auric Basin is relatively trivial if you have a t3 gliding booster equipped. Likely even a t1 booster will help.

I just got the rewards from this item. The way it works, once you consume it, you will get a buff. As long as you have this buff on your character, an enemy called Knife Tail Gang has a random chance to spawn. Killing him will drop a Recovered Black Lion Goods box, and remove the buff. Also, if you log out, the buff wont run out, and the enemy will only spawn on the character that consumed the buff From this box you can get gem shit. nothing fancy.
