This is the Dwemer Armor by 4thUnknown!
It can be found at the various Dwemer ruins and locations across Skyrim like, Understone Keep, Mzulft, etc.
Also as always Xtudo's "My patches and fixes SE" is definitely recommended I wish I had remembered to look for it before making this video but link is below

This armor should be added to the guards armor replacer mod so that the Jarl or the Houscarl for the Jarl has it equipped. Would be freaking amazing.

Looks more like a Breton-made recreation of dwemer armor, but HOLY SHIT is it a fantastic armor nonetheless

I love this armour set. I've been doing Dwemer focused play-through and both myself and Lydia were decked out in full Dwemer garb but I hadn't noticed that I traded vs taking out of her backpack an iteration of my Dwemer gear. My Dwemer cuirass registered as stolen and I found that out because... I accidentally misclicked to steal something
So pissed.

What's a good armor and weapons retexture to make the base game dwemer weapons match the metal color better? Divergence is too shiny.
