The orcish set made me realize that someone should make an improvement mod for those orc settlements. they're smaller than normal villages

They should be smaller than normal villages, the villages are too small too, and the cities but those have expansion mods and the strongholds don't so I get your point.
Orcs have a small population that's spread thin because their strongholds are dotted all across Skyrim, Highrock and Hammerfell. Aside from Orsinium itself those strongholds have to be small, but they should look more intimidating.

@@kylewood5607 of course, the *strongholds* need more crops, it's not like there's only a dozen farms in the entire province with an average of a few dozen plants each. 30 cabbages and 40 leeks isn't enough to feed a city, I'm looking at you Whiterun. There need to be more crops in general. Although once again there are expansions for those farms so I get your point. Considering how Mongol inspired they are and the fact they mostly live in the mountains, I'd say in lore they probably herd goats and sheep like other Highland communities such as Scotland, Tibet, Peru and the like so goat pens would be good.
This guy really is one of the best armor modders out there.

I love his mods but sadly they keep crashing my game 😭😭😭
I hope in the near future we get an Immersive Armors-esque mod pack including all his replacers and original armors
As far as I know these are not replacers and “just” add more versions to the game

That was one of things that bugged me most about Orcish armor in vanilla - the color of the shield doesn't in any way match that of the armor. This mod is on my loader order forever.

I love this so much, shame it's just 2 races, but combined with his other work its a fantastic addition.

The Berserker armor is one of the best light armor sets around. Its light but has a high armor rating. My latest playthrough, i so far havent found a better light armor set.
finally some good practical armors.
Those Orcish armours made me ditch my Nord character and roll an Orc, they just looked way too cool

To what extent are the vanilla armors still available in-game with this mod? To elaborate, I read that this mod _is not_ a replacer, but rather, it simply adds these new armors into the game. I'm wondering, with what methods are you able to obtain the vanilla armors? Smithing only? Chest loot? Levelled lists?

UPDATE: got rid of the all in one vanilla armor replace. So far the individual nordwarua mods are working with my load order

Hm. Hard one. I really like the idea and everything looks like quality stuff BUT for the orcish armor I just liked the barbarian, chain and warchief armor. And I am personally not a fan of the elven armor. The modded boots for the look kinda “boring” but now I am getting nit picky. All in all I would LOVE to install the orcish one. The elven even it looks decent not so much.

Mythical enb. I don't think xbox can have enbs.

Yes. Some orcs and thalmor wear these armors.

There is a russian site where some of his LE projects are. I downloaded the vanilla armor replacer and translated to English from there. You can find more info on the Post's Section of Vanilla Armor Replacer for SE on Nexus Mods.
There is even a fixed tutorial on how to do it. Good luck!
Xbox port?
Take notes Bethesda I’m tried of the new primitive orc armor in Skyrim orc are supposed to be natural smiths I miss there style of armor in morrowind and oblivion I hope the make the race armor more stylized to culture of the races

Thalmor armors are almost 100% copy of lotr elven aromr and i hate that it isnt even mentioned anywhere.
