This is called as Daab or Daabu in Karnataka I think in Hindi it is called as Kamar patta or Kamarband u will get it in gold, silver and imitation one. Also u will get it on rent in different beautiful designs (imitation one) in Karnataka. This is very common in south India. Especially during festivals and marriage parties many women n girls wear this for saree, half saree and lahenga blouse as well.
