They didn't recognized the genocide in did bh Khmer Rouge and support Khmer Rouge at the UN seat. Only India was allied with our liberation government and helped the local people and tried to tell the world about the most shocked genocide ever happened in humananity history. After the India effort the whole world came to government side and finally they support us. India was the first democracy country who recognized the liberation government of Cambodia. Khmer Rouge was removed by Vietnamese army supported by Soviet Union. The UN recognized the Khmer rouge and gave the seat at the UN. And the Cambodian people who survived from the genocide lived under the sanction for more than a decade. But the only country who was ordered to have a detection and survey for the genocide. India was sent the experts to Cambodia and recognized the liberate government for the first time ever. Indian recognized the Khmer rouge regime as a genocide government and promoted the Cambodian to fight for the justice for themselves. During this time India was established the embassy in Phnom Penn Cambodia.

any makeover is not possible without razing old buildings to make wider roads. Further entire old Delhi you will find business community with their successful business. So after much thought out plan it was felt to let o.delhi to remain as it is for its historical reasons as it happens worldwide.
