ICAS is first body for CA.
So many do not know this fact and in uk, CA is used by scotland chartered accountant. ICAEW also allows it. But they are called first ACA. They cannot use term CA. However charetered accountant word can be used with icaew firms.
But not CA.
In England and Wales, ICAEW has the advantage of local reputation over ACCA. In terms of recognition, ACCA has a greater advantage worldwide.
How ICAEW has advantage over ACCA?, if you meant ICAEW qualified more than ACCA then you are and i will say you are living in 1990s. If you meant ICAEW is more recognised in the world then again you are wrong. ICAEW have advantage over ACCA only in your mind and I have no problem with it

Currently I'm an ACCA student, is it better for me to go to UK for Masters or should I join ICAEW and then go to UK ?

Can an ICAEW sign Audit Report in Pakistan?
He did ACA (only ICAS scotland members are CA in UK) from ICAEW after ACCA because he does not value his ACCA qualification nor proud of his ACCA qualification. He is saying ICAEW kept itself up to date with market demand means ACCA and other accountancy bodies have not kept themselves uptodate. He will not get any benefits with ACA from ICAEW after ACCA neither in Pakistan nor outside Pakistan (for sure). In UK people will laugh at him for doing ACA from ICAEW after ACCA. These kinds of people mislead young students
You misunderstood in Bangladesh we use aca after name but in india, Pakistan they use ca before name that is the difference i hope u understand both are ca
