Mystery Box Info:
We sell Mystery Boxes for $23 or $28. The $23 option is a medium flat-rate box filled with as many dumpster dive finds as possible (Non-food items). The $28 comes with as many items that will fit but also comes with a memory foam pillow that retails for $25 online by itself. Either way, you get a great deal we are pretty much charging for the shipping and fees. To pay for your Mystery Box you can send your payment to paypal.me/Volt... Make sure to put Mystery Box in the notes when you pay. We can not guarantee to be able to customize your box but if you would like to leave a few ideas about what you like in the notes as well we will do our best to customize your box. Make sure to allow enough time for your pillow to regain its shape it does take a while. we put it in the dryer by itself on low heat twice with a couple dryer sheets. It does not get very big but it is very comfortable.

In my hometown, the bread store used to throw away a dumpster full every night then all the sudden the dumpster was removed…about 6 months later, I find out that the guy who manages the routes for delivery pushed for the company to give away the left over bread …and started a program called feed America…now we can go down 4 days a week and get as much bread as we want for free..it’s not expired and is all the name brand…I was so happy to find out that they stopped throwing it away! I’m hoping it spreads to every state…

Just a idea to put the dog food in the blessing boxes also. Many people will go without to feed their pets

I think you guys are great!! I also think that you should find and share as much as you want to. I also think that maybe when you are looking for places to donate, that you don’t mention where the stuff comes from because the organization will reach out to the corporate office and complain about wasting resources then they will lock the dumpster or stop throwing away Undamaged stuff.

Hun where I live at, a lady always cleans out the blessings boxes. And there is always nothing in it.
That's why I spent 2 days in jail for dumpster diving for food. And my vehicle was impounded as well. My Christmas present was I didn't get covid. Am very thankful for that.
That's awful that you would be arrested for diving for food. We are sorry to hear about your car as well. That is good that you didn't get sick be careful stay safe and hopefully things get better.

I tried the apple cider vinegar Gummi's. Gave me severe heartburn. But if I add apple cider vinegar to my salads and cucumber salads , it did amazing things for me.
I needed to have a hip replacement and I'm diabetic , and my numbers were way too high. I started using the A C vinegar, and had to go get my numbers checked.
So there I sat , in the examination room, waiting for the doctor to come in and chew me out. She walks in and says ,"what have you been doing?"
I confessed that I just can't leave chocolate alone. I'm an addic!
She tells me that my A1C has went from an 11.4 to a 7.4 in 2 weeks.
She said no one has done that, that fast.
Well my jaw was on the ground. I told her that my garden had started producing alot , and I really liked zucchini and cucumber and tomatoes.....but there you have it. I'm not saying that will happen for any one else but it sure stumpedme....

For food, the 26th and the 27th should be big days. The 24th is generally just a crowd management, caos control, shelf filling, and get the folks out the door type a day. Most of the extra tasks like monitoring best buy dates are either dealt with by the end of the 23rd, or wait until folks come back after the 25th.

Just a thought but instead of donating the clothing to Red Cross where they make a quick buck off of free donations have you consider donating clothes to homeless shelters or domestic abuse places?

I only dive occasionally for some personal items like fragrance, candles maybe some clothes...it is fun but I go at night when the stores are closed..I don't go in the morning because I think a lot of people go at night and take most items before morning

For some of those tears and blemishes - don't forget the power of the patch. All dressed up, a patch becomes an applique or a commercial patch. To create interesting patches yourself which are more of an applique but not quite a commercial or embroidery machine patch - fussy cut motifs from quilting type cotton (licensed or other), back them with a fusible stabilizer, turn the edges (or not), and machine stitch them on. Sometimes to get a more balanced look, additional motifs beyond repairing the hole are required.

The apple cider vinegar gummies I take those when I can find them or the tablet version of them for gout. It also helps with weight loss and digestion. (Mrs. 2 the geekdad)

Why is there so much waste from these shops,i applaud you for donating,dont you have foodbanks in america,where the shops donate it to local foodbanks,here in the uk we have foodbanks for those less fortunate,even supermarkets here have a donation box,that gets delivered to local foodbanks.
