Sweet Amy! I love your video, everything about the presentation is sweet. Especially this pork recipe. I made today and it was fantastic! Using a pressure cooker I sautéed for almost an hour, stirring occasionally and it caramelized and all the sauce was gone. Definitely my new Go-To recipe! THANK YOU!

Please do not discard the cooking liquid. You can use it make the tortillas or just add some of it back to the pork so it doesn't dry out. Its goooooold.
