- REDFISH and TROUT Couldn't Resist This Lure - Choctawhatchee Bay Kayak Fishing. I decided last minute to get in a quick hour and a half fishing trip in Choctawhatchee Bay after the rain stopped. The most frustrating thing about watching other people fish in Choctawhatchee Bay is how many hardheads I catch when I copy exactly what they're doing. 😂
Dont feel bad, i have a lot of days like that too. Usually it happens when there is a lot of freshwater in the bay or the water is really dirty.

You come across as so relatable and there in lies your gift. From getting bit to foul hooks to not changing your frayed leader to my personal favorite of you losing your cargo from the basket of your wife's bike while arriving at the "secret spot" on Sanibel (insert 🤡 horn!) 😂These moments leave us all thinking that could easily be us. 1/4 ounce, there are 3 spots to put in at hogtown that I use, east Hewitt, don bisbop, and Cessna landing.

Try to avoid muddy water or fishing right after a heavy rain.
