The Morodok Techo Flyover is NOW OPEN (but the best is yet to come)

Phnom Penh, Cambodia has a new flyover, the Morodok Techo Flyover (previously known as the Monivong Flyover). The elevated road takes you from Monivong Blvd to Hun Sen Blvd, up and over one of the busiest intersections in the city. This is just phase 1 of the project. Phase 2 involves an elevated roundabout underneath the current flyover. I really don't understand how they're going to do this, but I'll be there to see how it turns out. This phase of the construction took a over 2 years, so we'll have to wait a while for the next phase to be complete.
