The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 is a sweet motorcycle in its own right, but it's also a great platform for personalisation and customisation. In "Stage 1" of my modifications on this Royal Enfield, my primary aim was to improve some basic comforts and the aesthetics. I changed the Interceptor seat, added handlebar grips and tank pads for aesthetics and comfort and switched out the side panels for small bags that offer some storage space. All the accessories featured in this video are directly bolted or stuck on to the Interceptor 650 - no cutting, welding or specialised skill required. Which made this a particularly fun home garage /DIY bike modification project.

Started watching your videos when this channel had merely 200-300 subscribers. Then, I was in first year of my college without a single penny in my pocket. Buying a bike was far from even a dream at that time, but I still had this dream. I had nearly memorized your "The Long Way Home" "Solo Ride Across India" and "A Solo Ride to Gurudongmar Lake" to name a few. Now out of a sudden after 6 years or so, why on earth am i writing this? Cause I lived my dream of motorcycling through your vlogs, and finally after grabbing my first job and working there for nearly a year I had saved enough to buy my first bike. That thunderbird sound which made me fall in love with motorcycling, made me book an RE for myself which I will be getting in a couple of days. Thank you for being there for me, for people like us who enjoyed or still enjoy riding through your eyes, and for inspiring us to dream and love motorcycling. Thank you. :)

Good to see you with the Interceptor, Xpulse 200 , though practical and useful was a great downgrade. I stopped watching your videos with that bike. After Thunderbird 500 this is a superb choice. I think you bought this bike, if yes , just change the front sprocket with 16 teeth, and enjoy the cruising.
