I have Dahlia divin la nectar where the main note is mimosa. I like that fragrance a lot, but it is slightly retro to me. I will try Amouage for sure. I like this house.
My favorite Amouage is Sunshine, it's scent is of sticky, sweet apricot pastries and is so heavenly ! I've only had decants because it's so expensive though, I was going to ask you if you could possibly suggest a dupe that would be more gentle on the wallet..
I really warmed up to how mimosa is used in Powder & Dust Yana, but I still can't get myself to love that note! Certainly not as much as your gorgeous outfit! Appreciate the review. 😊😊😊

Hello Yana, do you know modest mimosa from vilhelm perfumes? was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Jerome Epinettee. Top notes are neroli and carrot; middle notes are mimosa and violet; base notes are musk and leather. I´m not sure if I would like carrot and salt inside it. But it is impossible to find it for trying it. Nor any samples to buy online. I would´t dare to blindbuy it. Too expensive. If you have tried it, what do you think about it? Greetings, Lisa
Is it suitable for hot humid invironments? Like at a pool in Thailand? This could probably be the best scent from Amouage for „ultra hot weather“? Or is there something more cooling perhaps you, maybe another fragrance house? I am using Beach Hut Man and this is so good for hot sunny days, maybe there is a good counterpart for women…
It might work...actually, are you familiar with Strangers petgimerie? It's an indie Tai brand woth lots of nice perfumes that would work nicely in the humid climate

I would like to try this but how cosmetic is the opening? Don't really like lipstick/cosmetic scents. It sounds like a watery fruity floral from what you said. Have Lilac Love and am underwhelmed by it. How you tried that one? Is there any similarity in development, longevity, sillage, etc.? BTW nice outfit to match the scent. And I loved your scary Halloween video too. Good selection of scents. Fragrantica has a great article on Samhain that lists several excellent Halloween scents as well. Very sorry to hear you're not still with them. It's their loss!
Thanks, Lara! Well..fragrantica is a whole other story..Regarding Love Mimosa: it is powdery and makeupy nut not in the lipstick way. As I've said heliotrope which can make perfume too dusty and sticky is quite light here and it definitely smells fresh so it is sort of aquatic powder which is unique, I personally haven't smelled scents quite like it at all that's why I love it. Longevity is good for me but I don't mind to reapply and sillage is soft which is good to so it doesn't turn into annoying scent
Yes, I've tried it and first didn't like it but later I started to dig caradamon so after third try I sort of enjoyed it. JM one is spicy and floral-powdery when this one has nothing spicy but aquiatic-fruity too it

If I am not wrong, Sunshine didn't work out for me.Yeah, these are pricy but I mean they smell just soooooooo beautiful

No...carat is way sharper,less fruity and airy powdery than these
