That would be the case if she was obese, she’s actually always been a beautiful skinny woman. She’s given me 3 beautiful and amazing children, and one being 8 months ago. She’s still breastfeeding and I’m so proud of her for that! Since the birth of our last child she has had above normal liquid retention and she had gestational diabetes. No matter what people assume or say, I stand by her proud and tall! After all, she’s my wife and we vowed till death do us part. A lot of comments are very mean and pathetic… superficial. Sad direction for the future. Not saying yours is but when people don’t know they should keep negative comments out. #onelove

TBH I don't think wedding bands mean all that much these days. I think people should get those inked wedding bands - then they might take the whole commitment thing more seriously (considering how much harder it is to remove ink)

And then someone stole it one day but that's a whole sad Side story.

Lucky, when the car door slammed on my finger when I was like- younger than five I had to go into surgery to get it fixed, it’s a good thing I’m not a wuss since I got my cheek on the corner of my bed frame one time, and got basically rug burn from my couch on my cheek as well, I was a very unlucky kid back then and still am today.
This happened to my friend once, she got puffy fingers because of genetics, she got married and after 2 years she got it off, the amount of relief she had when she called to tell me about it

Been there. It took 3 doctors and 4 nurses to take it off but they cut through it. They were able to use salad dressing and mayo for the wedding ring but cut through the band. I learned to listen to the nurses that day about taking off my jewelry before surgery. Always listen to the nurses they know what they are talking about.
Oh yea I've been there. I put my mother's wedding band on and went to school. It was really hot so my fingers started swelling. I tried putting butter to make it slip off, it didn't work. My boyfriend tried to used plyers and bc the ring was still slippery from the butter the plyers slipped and clamped down hard on my finger. It immediately swelled 10x's bigger. I didn't want to tell my mom so I stayed like that and went to bed. In the middle of the night I looked at my finger it was horrible. A dark purplish blue black swollen nightmare. I woke up my mom. With in 5 mins of arriving at the ER it was off. The doctor said I was truly out of time and if I had waited any longer he would be preparing me for surgery to amputate my finger. I'm sorry about your ring mom.
Im sure mom cares more about your intact finger! That must’ve been a scary experience. I knew if we went to sleep the finger would be a goner. It went from tingling to thumping, to changing colors and going numb. Only thing I didn’t try was pliers. Props to your boyfriend for doing his best!
When I was 7 years old, I put a ring on a finger that was too small. I tried to get it off, but ended up calling my mother's work to tell her what happened. She had to take me to the hospital to get it cut off, just like this woman did. When I got married, I wore only a simple gold band, no engagement ring. Kept fiddling with the wedding band and eventually took that off after less than a year and have never worn a ring since. I'll never forget that sound of the cutting wheel!

My brother in laws brother did this right before, like a day before his wedding, they had to take him to ER, and they couldn't get it off of him. He went to the police station and couldn't get it off, and finally, they went to the fire station, and they got it off for free, unlike the other places who charged and didn't get it off.

Jewelers have a dremel type tool that aligns with a back plate which protects your finger. If this guy slipped he would have done some serious damage to his wife’s finger.

Im sure mom cares more about your intact finger! That must’ve been a scary experience. I knew if we went to sleep the finger would be a goner. It went from tingling to thumping, to changing colors and going numb. Only thing I didn’t try was pliers. Props to your boyfriend for doing his best!

When I was 7 years old, I put a ring on a finger that was too small. I tried to get it off, but ended up calling my mother's work to tell her what happened. She had to take me to the hospital to get it cut off, just like this woman did. When I got married, I wore only a simple gold band, no engagement ring. Kept fiddling with the wedding band and eventually took that off after less than a year and have never worn a ring since. I'll never forget that sound of the cutting wheel!

Nope, not with how swollen her finger is. The floss trick might have worked, but by the looks of it cutting was the best option.
My brother in laws brother did this right before, like a day before his wedding, they had to take him to ER, and they couldn't get it off of him. He went to the police station and couldn't get it off, and finally, they went to the fire station, and they got it off for free, unlike the other places who charged and didn't get it off.

There is an easier method. Use the corner of a nail cutter and gently snip it off without hurting the skin. Widen the ring at the cut and remove it.

It happened to my cousin she wore a ring when she was a asleep and the ring wasn't coming off then they did this. Make sure to not wear tight rings and wear rings while your sleeping

Thats why I bought my wedding ring one size bigger 😂 i don’t want this to happen when I get pregnant one day, I use a ring guard to make it fit and it doesn’t bother me at all.
Jewelers have a dremel type tool that aligns with a back plate which protects your finger. If this guy slipped he would have done some serious damage to his wife’s finger.
