in this video I will make unique jewelry from Apple products, last year I made a gold dragon decoration on the iPhone 14 pro casing, and this year I made a pendant from the Apple Watch series 8, I used scrap gold with a content of 17k (70%) , I got this scrap gold from a pawn shop and I recycled it and I bought it for this special project,, and even though maybe the concept of this pendant is not your taste, but you can still enjoy the flow of making an Apple pendant from this video, because there are many new techniques in making jewelry that you have never seen before, as usual I using simple tools and easy technique for making this project,, thank you so much for watching.

The gems were cz so they melted into the borax and became slag at the bottom

This is amazing! For awhile I was pondering on making a pocket watch out of my Galaxy Watch 3 or 4 Classic. A pendant is an interesting idea and looks so good with the Apple Watch.

For those wondering what happened to the gem stones on the jewellery, you can see they were left behind in the crucible - time stamp 2:02
When he poured the gold out, they remained pretty much grouped together by the tongs
(I’ve got no idea what type they are) but he must of known they wouldn’t be damaged or destroyed when melting the gold, but I reckon it’s a much easier and a hell of a lot quicker way of getting them out instead of first manually removing them one by one 😂😂

great idea and it looks very nice I'm just not sure about the closing at the end .... it has to be safe, durable because the watch is heavy, and very easy to open and close ... not sure about this last part and that would be my only reservation for an otherwise great idea - gold looks gorgeous but I am thinking for more 'regular' people like me, same in silver; that may be more practical .... but it looks great in gold

I believe his making it as a one of custom design piece for either his own personal use or for a client.
Correct me if I’m wrong lol but It’s not like his planning on mass producing these for sale or is he? lol
With his target audience/buyers being regular folks or for people on a low income - where the cost of the metal used will be a deciding factor to the quantity sold - I.e how practical it will be for people to afford 😂
Even if he made it in silver, or cheaper still - aluminium lol… for him, being practical, especially regarding it’s cost if it was for sale while unknowingly having the aim to sell it to someone like you or me is irrelevant! 😂
unless you’re commissioning him to make you one and you wanted to see a cheaper version before buying lol… (which I doubt he or many jewellers would do)

A wonderful rainbow. But I think it will invalidate the sensor . Because the watch must be worn tightly on the wrist, the sensor is effective, but if you make a pendant, the sensor will be lost

I would thumbs up this video since it took lots of work and skill to make but unfortunately electronics are not meant to be worn that close to your heart specially everyday since all electronics emit radiation and imagine wearing them everyday, that's very concerning and unhealthy and for that reason I have tomthumbs down since radiation will eventually cause cancer and I don't support products who support unhealthy things and for that reason I'm out 😔
