Life is weird. Saw your post in my daily feed. Got in my car couldn’t listen then. While driving an old monk chant Gregorian played from my iTunes from more than 19 years ago. So unusual!
Some day perhaps, you might find it of value to learn of my diagnosis with MS from over thirty years ago; it's been nothing short of extraordinary to experience the disabilities then as compared to now. And I state this meaning how utterly different my physiology is now as compared to then. Oh....then followed a bout with cancer that happened to disfigured my face....but, honestly, you wouldn't detect either diseases or their effects at this juncture in time. So MUCH spiritual INTROSPECTION and real time learning has taken place in order to achieve this. I suppose many would refer to it as "healing"; I refer to it as evolving.
