I've been on the lethality senna lately, and I'm unsure if I should build utility like rapid Canon for range or manamune just like alongside the lethality. Or if building lethality would benefit from just pure lethality items.
Hey Ioki , I started playing Senna bc of your vids and now she is my main. Just wondering about the lethality build. I typically build stormrazor, infinity edge, rapid fire cannon, etc with some variance depending on the game like wits end if the enemy team is mage heavy. Was hoping you could expand on your thoughts about lethality over classic crit build? would also love to see a vid from you about situational building, something that i believe is heavily overlook by a lot of players.
If you play senna support then lethality is better always. Your Q healing scales with lethality. The more you have the better you can heal your team. Lethality is also cheaper with umbral only costing 2300 and provides you with even better vision clearing. Go lethality.
A lil tip would be to auto em when they going in for minion cs, and instantly Q to collect ur soul, generally dw to spam Q cos senna has rlly little mana at start, u will run out real soon n be forced to recall, not ideal in a situation if needa stay in lane long
Presence of mind fixes that tbh i never run out of mana with it
Heyo GSA, when to go biscuit versus gathering storm? when you want early game pressure versus late game scaling?

Senna is a carry support so kills on her are wonderful. Especially early. But if you can help it allowing your adc to get them is good.
But don't feel bad if people flame you for taking a kill or something, especially since your entire job is to pump out damage.

If you're confident you can carry then take them, if not your teammates will be stronger and you'll still scale anways.
I would say it's fine, if u can help ur adc secure kills toward mid game, u can become a great carry support. I had some games where I got 2 kills ahead of my adc in early laning phase, but later on just needa hv some discipline to let ur adc take kills when they can confidently secure it, by late game both me n my adc were painful as hell, senna main strength is the AA range she gets toward late game, can out range most champions
It should be fine, but if its a free kill don't do it. Most ADCs have a 2y old mental and they can throw a tantrum.
Howdy Ioki! I started playing Senna when I saw you for the first time about the start of 2023. Instantly became my favorite champ to lock in. I pretty much tried all the builds you have recommended, did some experimenting of my own as well along the way. I had a question regarding Runes. How do you feel about going Green secondary over Blue secondary. I.E. Drop biscuits and approach for some resolve stuff. Great job on the Jungle Climb buddy!
He plays blue or green secondary he does both regularly.
who are the best champs to duo with Senna in bot lane? me and my duo wanna move to the bot lane and Senna is by far my favorite support.

It depends on your playstyle, Ioki is pretty agressive in lane so inspiration fits him more but, resolve works well too.
I love senna as a champ but im used to playing tank supports mostly and I'm kinda struggling with her early game, any advice?

senna does less crit damage than normal champions so only get a crit item if the passive is worth buying (eg. mortal reminder)

imo black cleaver is underrated on senna maybe experiment on your own time and see what sticks

My problem with experimenting is that every build works because Senna is really strong. This is why I'd argue Senna should switch up the build based on the game state and team comps. Lethality ability ratio might offset the lower damage against tanks compared to crit. Even tank Senna has merit against heavy assassin teams since an alive Senna deals more dmg than a dead Senna.
i have a senna build that i want you to try is more ad/cdr oriented rush black cleaver in to trinity for your mithic of choice you kind of run out of mana so... i go manamune in to shojin or ravanous hidra but feel free to switch it up... the runes are almost standard but im experimenting with PTA for the key stone. this build rocks is especially good if your team have a week front line cause is so easy to kite out people and you are durable enough to not get one shot by asasins
also i go cut the grass on runes cause you stack a lot of hp with this buitd

Trinity is a little worrying because Senna's base AD is the lowest in the game by far, she doesn't gain base AD as she levels up. Plus Cut Down is so good on her
do not go Trinity force. stride breaker is cheaper and gives more ad. I've also been messing around and decided that after Black cleaver I go zeal into randuins omen then upgrade zeal into hurricane

Does Attack Speed works differently on Senna ? Im bit confused by his passive saying her AA are slower.
No this just means there’s a delay between when you click and when she auto attacks attack speed scales the same as other champs

How troll is Lethal Tempo or Attack Speed items on this champ, if the answer is yes or very, then what is the best secondary build path and keystone. As opposed to Fleet and Lethality.
Also is farm sharing Senna still a thing never saw anyone talk about it, so I assumed it died. Not fasting Senna, but both bot laners take a support item and split farm, someone always takes an execute item and the other takes a poke item.

I'd say it depends, but I've been playing Lethal Tempo On-Hit Senna with Kraken into Rageblade and have had success
So is crit senna just a no go? Is there a best crit build I could play that isn't troll? Is rageblade senna ever viable?
i sometimes do infinity edge with full armor pen legendaries and you still get enough crit from your passive, its definitely viable and so is rageblade senna, you can build pretty much anything on senna

i personally think that other carry supports like pyke and zyra counter senna really well if you can exploit her low mobility and oneshot her. senna is still really squishy so one pyke hook/zyra plant will most likely lead to her dying or having to use summs to get out!

he warded with the support item! supports should almost always go oracle lens because the support item they buy at the beginning of the game (spellthiefs, spectral sickle, etc) allows them to ward 4 times every recall when fully upgraded.

Shes not during early game.
Lowest hp champ in the game, even less than yuumi. But the main reason is adcs get mad and usually troll when they see senna, they just say “ if you wanted to play adc you should have queued for adc”. Which is stupid because senna has cc and heal but people are stupid.

Like he said multiple times she was not always meta or even considered good. When I played 3ish seasons ago she was a D tier supp around 46% wr. Now that she is good again I am thinking about coming back to league.
Simple answer is she needs to farm souls to get strong and normally plays better with non marksmen champs and a lot of adcs are marksmen

I bought senna recently and played a few games with terrible results xD
W is easy to dodge, Q is hard to hit every time, pushes the wave, takes cs, causes adc to rage at me, good in teamfights I guess. E is... idk what it is but is one of the most useless abilities of any champion(?). R is good for teamfights and tilting fights in ur favour on the other end of map.
edit: idk why in these video the opponents always loose and make the stupidest mistakes, in my games I'll be rolled over despite poking them down and hitting everything.

i would go bork if theyre health stacking (goredrinker, heartsteel, spear of sojin) and lord doms if theyre armor stacking (jak sho, sunfire, dead mans plate)

Why is Senna better with “non” marksmen?
because mixed damage is usually better in botlane, also not a lot of marksmen have cc with the exception of jhin and his is pretty minimal. senna already has the damage of a typical adc so having a tank or mage in place of the “support” in the lane evens out the fact that theres a marksmen as the support. she also just synergies well with both mages and tanks in that she likes others with burst damage and cc (mages) and someone to frontline for her and peel (tanks).

Hey Ioki, not looking for tips but want to give you a tip. You never use your e shroud to set up ganks or engages with your support. Like someone out of vision and you bring them to the enemy. Big mechanic that you dont utilize

Senna is strong, no doubt, but people really can't play her. Especially these autofill supports or Nautilus mains. So far, every single Senna I had in my ranked games ran it down, bar one. That one actually hard carried, but the rest went 0/9 to 2/12.
They never know how to position, or what the wincon of the lane actually is.
