Spice mix was good, which I was worried about cuz I didn't see cayenne written on the label originally; unfortunately I'm not much of a cook in general, so my chicken was not as tender as I would have liked, like yours looked, for some reason. Could be cuz I got thin cut chicken breasts though. Anyhow, thanks for inquiring & have a good one!

Is the type of oil you put in before the butter important? You didn't mention the oil. I would use either canola or olive.
I used avocado oil. It has a high burn point 500°.
WAY TO MUCH OIL..only 1 TBSPN of oil with the butter
