    Black is not for mourning. The black headscarf is the original Xhosa scarf and has white stitches sewn around the edge as decoration. It is sometimes beaded and combined with scarves of other colours to make a large turban

    Hey sis got a question. What is the correct pronunciation for the GOD/Fathers name in Xhosa in Genesis 1 and what would that translate to in English. The title God is German and it's not his Name it has only been around for 500yrs so what does the Xhosa say when they read Gen 1 and it says in the beginning GOD

    • @johnyjohn9082
      @johnyjohn9082  Před 5 lety +3

      @Vaughn&Candice: They say In the beginning "UThixo" created.......Remember also that there are titles and there are Names yes plural Names referring to the same Father our Creator. Why many Names, remember He gives Himself a Name depending on what He is doing/done for you e.g. He'd say I'm Provider because I provided for you....; I'm Healer because I healed you when you..... BUT He said there is only ONE NAME we can be saved through and that is So NiNi na NiNi(I AM that I AM when they translate It)
