This was my first club. I was 16 it was so cool inside. Shortly after that it shut down. I started going to the building on 26th and limelight. Great memories out there. NYC is not what it was and most likely will never be again.

Yeah, Moby played on the roof on Mondays I believe. It was more of a chill out hang out vibe. Yeah, I DJ'ed at the same time, but I was down on the main floor and 2nd floor on Saturdays. It was a 5 floor building. Old meat building. You can kinda get a sense from the video. The guy who shot it was Yuki one of the guys that ran it. There are no clubs like that anymore and it's a shame lots of people will never experience it. Like Kubrick said, He misses a NY that doesn't exist anymore. I used to hang with Moby somewhat as DJ friends. Short story: He would perform another DJ's track around NYC at the time and got a call to stop it haha... There are other stories, too.. my good friend was roommates with him.

Probably Sound Factory.. Actually the Roxy... which was the biggest club.
Roxy had the largest dance floor for a NYC club. It was huge. I used to go to Roxy in 2001/2002 on Friday's when Johnny Vicious was the DJ.
