46:26 thought that this definitely deserved a comment as it's the first time I've seen an r.c jet airplane, that size, flying indoors, in such a small space, being controlled so well. I was wondering the same thing about scapers. I know they have RC scapers but never seen one in these videos. I was also wondering if they ever try to accomplish something. Just seems like they fill up trucks, the trucks take the dirt somewhere and dump it. I have seen just a few that were actually trying to accomplish something like build a ramp, a road, etc. I guess these videos are more for trying to show off as many vehicles as they can. All of them are very impressive no doubt but it would be nice to see something actually getting done. Once it is, see something like your backhoe come in and dig up some trenches for sewer pipe or something like that. It could be that the backhoe your talking about, having a lot of different controls and actions, might not be big enough for all that. Just guessing and have no idea.
@@t74guard78 I totally agree with what you said, and as far as a backhoe having so many operations on it, you would think with 10+ channel radios these days, and the micro sized tech available, this would not be a problem at all?
I have seen custom built backhoes, but nothing on the market itself. I think there would be a big market for this today, considering how popular these all are nowadays...👍
@@g-manracer1997 Oh I agree, I am sure if available, they would sell pretty good. What I meant about not being big enough was the room needed for oil pumps, and everything else. On or in the body of the vehicle. I know there isn't a lot of room left inside excavators and they are much bigger. It takes up all the room they have to be able to fit all the stuff necessary to run it. The backhoe is pretty small compared to those machines. The motor, speed control, pumps, servos, etc, take up a lot of room. Backhoes don't have any thing behind it except the hoe itself. The only room to put all that stuff would be in the front and that isn't a lot of space. I am just guessing as to why there isn't any out there. Your right about them being probably the most widely used piece of equipment other than something like the bobcat and forklift.

The vehicles in these videos are just incredible. They are the real thing, just a lot smaller. Some of the paint jobs on some of the trucks are masterpieces. That is beyond talented. All the lights and detail is awesome. Watching stuff like this is both very entertaining and can also be a bit frustrating. The editing is all over the place. I am thinking it is because they want to show as many things as they can which is nice but also part of the frustration. When the do things like this, is there a game plan meaning is there anything they are trying to accomplish? A lot of filling up dumb trucks and in this video, there isn't much showing what they are doing with the dirt. Where are they taking it and what are they trying to do? I have seen a few that were actually trying to build ramps or roads, etc. I guess what I am trying to say is that is would be great to see them trying to accomplish a task. There is just filling up trucks, trucks dumping the dirt somewhere and that is it. Doesn't seem like there is any kind of plan, just moving dirt. I use to be a heavy equipment operater and one of the things I enjoyed about it was seeing things getting down. Watching areas getting filled up and flatten out. Seeing hills turn into nice blocked out pads for homes. I never see scapers in these videos and was wondering why they are never in them. I know they have them. Could be there isn't enough room for them cause of the limited space and all the other vechicles being used. It would be really nice to see something being done with all the dirt being moved. If there is, then it would be nice to see it. Maybe a seperate video just showing that.

There are many other videos out there for what you are looking for. I think that you right about this just being made to show off as many different vehicles as possible. In which case I'd say that it's a great video. Not sure it sounds like the sort of thing you were looking for 🤔🤔
