By request video sounds sooo nice! From all ambers I tested lately I am enjoying Bengale Rouge. I do not find Musc Ravageur so good on me, somehow it does not move me and it turns too sweet and spicy on my skin. If more people agree, I would love to see a video from you talking about white flowers in perfume. I am still searching for a good Fleur d'Oranger like the Lutens one but without the cumin. The closest I found is the one from Penhaligon's but it is also weaker. I also love the smell of tuberose and gardenia. You may have very nice perfumes in your large collection. I have a 10 ml of Musc Ravageur, too, and I think that will last me for years! I really like it, but have far too many fragrances to need a full bottle. Great video, Cherie.
I wholeheartedly agree Jim, the travel sizes are perfect! Particularly as I have not yet found a FM that I could wear every day, even though there are ones that I love.
Musc Ravageur is one of my favorites. I have a 10 ml decant and will get a full bottle if I finish the decant and am still craving more. I completely agree that it has an animal fur quality. I often describe it as fluffy 🙂
@@TheTopNote I believe it has been mentioned already but the dry down of Bengale Rouge fits into the category as well. I only have a sample and may spring for a full bottle one day. My husband hates the opening but loves Bengale Rouge after it sits on my skin for an hour. I hesitate to spend money on a full bottle if it isn’t an absolute love for both of us. Perhaps a travel spray is better.
Amber and musk are amongst my top 5 favorite notes, having started my frag journey sampling Molinard. I gravitate towards these notes year round, perhaps easing off the number of sprays in warmer weather. My surprising guilty pleasure as of late is SJP Stash, even as the temps hover above 30 Celsius 😉🇨🇦

Bought my first 50ml bottle off a frag community member last year and a back up 100ml several weeks ago on restock at FragranceBuy, the only purchase after my Low Buy since Feb in solidarity with you! (This is only because I waited a year for this scent). My other favourite is Issey Miyake Ambre Noir EDP, coveted and treasured.
Hi Cherie, have you tried Giorgio Armani PRIVÉ AMBRE ECCENTRICO? I don’t own it but I’ve been sampling it and I love it. If you know it, would you be able to suggest something else like it?
Hi Rellie! I hadn’t smelled it but I’m sampling it today. It’s a marzipan-y amber with an element of stewed fruit. Not overly sweet and quite surprisingly airy, not syrupy as I might have expected. I can’t say I’ve come across another Amber that smells the same.
Hello Cherie, A few days late in catching up on your video. Thanks for adding more with this new video. I still haven't been able to try Musc Ravager. The test vial of Absolute Aphrodisiac didn't project or last as long on me as other ambers and it dried down to be very smoky on my skin. Perhaps in a larger spray format it would behave differently? I am curious about Tiger By Her Side, but will have to see if it can be found in Canada. I sampled Amouage Crimson Rocks and think it could be another for this category. I found the opening pepper note almost abrasive, but the dry down in that one is quite nice. I would love to hear you talk more about your Amouage fragrances, I know you have a love for that brand. (Not that one can be compared to another.). A brand review with your opinions on the perfumes you have would be great. Also, it was nice to see your lovely face in this video! - Jenn

But a very transparent one. I usually put it on when I go to bed. Listening to your words just now, I suspect you might like it.. 🤔😉
