This mushroom hunting / foraging video was recorded on 6th and 7th September 2023 in Slovakia, Europe. It shows picking of the following mushroom species: Cep / Penny bun / King bolete (Boletus edulis), Bay bolete (Imleria badia), Golden chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius) and various Scaber stalk mushrooms (Leccinum sp.). It also shows some more of wild mushroom species.

It turned out that after several months of researching, the bay bollete type also grows in Indonesia, in the middle plains, during the rainy season.

Luke, how do you prep and cook your Scarletina's?

I don't prepare mushrooms often by myself. But for scarletinas it's important to cook them for long enough - at least for 15 - 20 minutes boiling.
