This sums up exactly the approach I use with my little one. Acting from the heart and actively listening to the child (unsurprisingly) has such deep and profound results. It can be super tough when you have a highly antagonistic other parent, keeping your emotions in check can be supremely hard, but utterly essential.
Really really great video, love the calm approach as opposed to high energy accusational videos that circulate on this topic. Looking forward to future content 😊
