FYI sandrammer, his youtube channel introduced some spray coating for casting iron. he did iron casting for us navy all his career, so i would assume he know some tricks we ordinary people don't. if it is good to be use on casting iron, very likely it is possible suit your needs. check out his channel, the formula is there.

Thanks bro , i got a old transformer welder that i never use(it goes to 130A thou but its not adjustable with pot ,its old style switch) ! I even got a box full of lead from old sewer pipes !
