Hurricane Beryl strengthens further ahead of Texas landfall | LiveNOW from FOX

Tropical Storm Beryl has strengthened back into a Category 1 hurricane ahead of landfall in Texas on Monday morning. This will be the third landfall since the storm became the first hurricane of the Atlantic season. Samuel Lillo is a senior software engineer at DTN and he joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the storm.
