    Join me on this journey of running my local hill 24 times in 24 hours!

    "IT'S NOT EASY DOING HARD THINGS"
    This ultra run takes me on a repeated journey up and down the Wrekin Hill on Dec 16th 2023, with about 8 hours of day light and 16 hours of darkness it was a tough journey. The reason why? To support telford mind charity in bringing awareness to mens mental health and male suicide.
