- Filmed on August 13, 2014: These are the condo elevators that also gos to an Observation Lobby level on the very top floor. The condo residential elevators on the other side you need a key-card to access it, but on this side, you don't 'cause it serves the observation floor at the very top. BUT, floors 26-45 (residential floors) are locked off with a key-card swiper.
