hi man!! thanks for your time and love making this video. i have a question, is it possible to check a, let´s name it "combined cable", example given a XLR to TRS cable?? Thanks a lot!!
I thought it was odd also. I feel it should always be 1to1 2to2 or 3to3. It’s like that with a 3.5mm. Why not for a TS cable 🤷🏾♂️ . If lights are flickering, then yeah, I’ll most likely trash the cable. my other test is to also plug it into a device and list for anything out of place. Thanks for the vid 🤙🏾
Just curious where you get your thumb nail done ?
nice video but i would love to hear the audio
will this pick up if there is a short over two lines. For example, if the XLR has a short across line 1 and 3, will it show that?
Obviously a guitarist doing the demo.
Yeah!!
These kinds of commercials should not be allowed on CZcams. Thumbs down.
for me, ts cables test differently than trs cables. My TS cables that are brand new will test with orange lights on 1 and 3, with green light on 1. Do you know why this is happening?
No
I couldn't figure this out out at first either. But it is kind of obvious that it is because it is designed for TRS and not TS. It still seems to work. I am guessing that you just have to ignore the extra light.
@@danielmiddleman8613 My tester does that also... when you test a mono cable, you have these two lights that are mindboggling at first but you ease into it with time ;)
TRS are balanced while TS are unbalanced. This is why it shows that way, it is normal.
there is no reason for this music
That's what volume controls are for.
Agreed, a dialogue description would be better
@@richey_rock dawg, there really isn't any reason for the music. This is supposed to be a instructional video is it not? LOL
Sorry
RAVE ON!
