      That's because these lebron but huggers and lazy analyst only bring up his scoring, so lebron apologist hopes that fans don't find out his passing ability is on the same level as lebron's. One last thing, MJ had to score more because he didn't have players like Kyrie, Kevin Love, Ray Allen, Anthony Davis, Chris Bosh and others to help with the scoring

    Michael Jordans large hands, athleticism and leaping ability made him an incredible scorer ( the best the NBA has ever seen ) and those same large hands ( like that of a 7 ft center ) also made him an artist when it came to passing like his scoring. The NBA has ordered and made the media to downplay Jordans greatness so it can move away from that era and on to someone else to increase sales and revenue for the league. The media say Jordan was an average passer at best and you can clearly see Jordan was a phenomenal passer. Jordan really reached the pinnacle of what a player could with his skillset, fundamentals and his athleticism in the sport, doing this in the best defensive era of the NBA. Jordan also thrived in pressure situations and loved those moment's and was clutch, he had one of the most remarkable careers in the NBA we have ever witnessed. I mean, all this time later and his shoe brand is still the number selling brand for Nike and the league... everyone still wants to be like Mike. I hate when the media try to brainwash the mellenials into thinking Lebron is a better all around player than Jordan ( he's clearly not ), it's really shows how badly the NBA wants the sport to move aways from Jordan greatness and his incredible career/game. Basically, Jordan broke the NBA by setting the bar so high and the NBA and its media know it.

DAMN, Mj literally looked like Superman/Flash(when they use their super speed) at the moment he makes that pass; and then weaves away from the defender super fast 👀!!! Also, look at his footwork crazy, it’s all in one motion without tripping!! This is crazy, that Black Cat was really like a comic book character!!! That whole sequence looks FREAKY WEIRD!!
      I had to rewind that moment like quite a few times to really believe what I was watching!! 👀 Ps I think that camera shot had something to do with it, but man oh man that camera man caught something real special!!!

Look at how many times he goes up for a jumper and in a blink of an eye, gives a perfectly positioned laser like no look pass 'around' defender. Simply unmatched… amazing.

    Jordan had a genius level b-ball i.q., one that Lebron can only dream of. Jordan won a NCAA championship in 82 and an olympic gold medal in the summer of 84, which seems to go unnoticed. In 84 as a rookie in the NBA he averaged 28 points on better than 50% shooting. Jordan's fame that year was so astounding rival players refused to pass MJ the ball during the All Star game. Guess who was named rookie of the year? JORDAN!!!! Did I mention he was drafted behind guys beneath his level. The next year following an ankle injury that caused him to miss most of the season, what should have been a rusty Jordan dropped 63 POINTS in the garden, against Larry Legend and the legendary Celtics. Nrxt year during the 85-86 season M.J. had one of the most prolific seasons of all time. He joined Chamberlin as the only other player in history to score 3,000 points in a single season.... I will upload part 2 of why Michael is superior to Lebron soon......

      Jordan didn't just jump, he flew.
      His graceful flight to the rim helped to coin the term "hang-time".
      In fact he has a recorded hang-time of 0.92 seconds and is regarded as one of the highest ever jumpers in NBA history. Jordan had a vertical jump of 46 inches, it was said Jordan had a game dunk that was 48 inches + in his mid 20's from the 88 season.

    • @JR-el5pt
      @JR-el5pt Před 3 lety +1

      @@iig2310 the 46' vertical was measured is '83, in college. After that he added more inches. In the 85' dunk contest he did the free throw line dunk and he dunked with the wrist, the arm fully extended. In the 88' free throw lin dunk, the one we see the all the time.., he ended dunking with the arm slightly bended and the rim hitted the forearm, when experts say that he had a 48' vertical, they keep saying "a minimum" of 48" .., cause it could be easily higher than that. Keep in mind that Jordan actual height was 6' 4", and in the 88' dunk contest, in one of his dunks he had to duck his head to avoid hitting it with the rim, and in the free throw line dunk, his eyebrows where in line with the rim, in order to reach that height, being 6' 4", he would need at least 4' (48 inches) of vertical leap. In his physical prime 88' to 92' he could easily had more leap (he started working with Tim Grover in 89', who is the best athlete trainer out there, after starting with him, Jordan was more strong and explosive)

    It's no secret that MJ wanted to distinguish himself from Bird & Magic, so he worked more on what they weren't known for: defense (ex: 200+ steals & 100+ blocks in a season, twice in a row). Bird was famous for his 3pt shooting while Magic was known for his passing. It's no coincidence that these are the two most criticized facets of MJ's game. Yet in '89 & '90, he set out to prove that he could've gone those routes if he wanted to. He averaged 8.0 apg (w/ 8.0 rpg) in the former and shot .376 from long range (Bird's career average) in the latter. By comparison, LeBron has averaged more assists & Kobe shot a higher 3p% than those numbers only once in their careers, so far (though LeBron's 3p% is actually better than Kobe's). However, MJ's averages do increase in the playoffs.

    • @Julius_Paul
      @Julius_Paul Před 9 lety +2

      ***** Shooting percentage is not as relevent as timing. Stop with the percentage comparisons. If you go 2 for 9 shooting 3's, but you scored both your 3's near the beginning, you get your man tighter on you and blow by him for high team percentage scoring and huge leverage to have a lead on the other team. If you shoot 2 for 9 in three's and both your 3's came back to back possessions late in the 3rd quarter after being down 9, you are now down only 3 and your teammates are pumped enough to carry that tempo into an eventual 4th quarter lead with high leverage to win. If you go 2 for 9 but score both buckets in the last 3 minutes of the game to help your team win then you got the job done.

      Don Juan Tempo Pippen? The starless Portland team were on the verge of winning game 7 against the Lakers in the WCF but Rasheed kept jacking up shots and missing, and responsible for missing 6 of the teams straight 13 misses to blow the 15 point lead. Pippen was the backbone to that team. Don't get me started on the 94 year and the bad ref call that caused the Jordanless Bulls to lose to the Knicks, backed by Pippen who led the team in every statistical category and was robbed in MVP voting getting 2nd to Olajuwon (cause they figured Olajuwon had to get at least one MVP). Pippen is the greatest all-around defender to ever play the game, and people like you forget that HALF the game is defense.

    Nunca entendí, y aún no entiendo, como muchos pueden comparar ciertos jugadores con Michal Jordan. Si bien algunos tienen un cierto estilo, y se destacan hoy día, lo que lograba hacer Jordan en los partidos es algo realmente memorable y admirable. Sin miedo a equivocarme Jordan aun sigue siendo el mejor jugador de la historia. Uno acostumbra mirar resumenes en los cuales muestran a Jordan hacer puntos volcadas, tiros, pero en este caso asistencias, y ¿que decir de eso?.

      wistiti93420 that is true. ppl always try find some reason to make MJ " bad " caz simple most ppl just jelous on him and his career. i dont find him selfish, sometimes mayb he had to be but his determination bout him self to make the shot or to take over in critical moments was just amazing.

      ***** LeBron James averaged 6.9 assists for his career which means he averaged 7 assists multiple times from the small forward position while also leading every time he's been on and scoring so he's been the leading scorer every year on every time he's been on led the team in assists every year on every time he's been on and he was probably was second in rebounding every year or so on his team come on now you clearly don't watch basketball my brother

    Nice upload - would have bet money that you'd include the MJ (saving the ball from going out of bounds) to Shaq (who slams home a monster jam) at the 1996 All-Star Game in San Antonio...
