Hi! Could you please do a video on scratch spins? I'm really struggling on not going over my pick so when I try to spin I just end up spinning on my toe pick and falling. Any tips?

May I ask for some advice? I currently am not taking any ice skating classes. I'm finding some things online and I'm not planning on becoming professional whatsoever. I just would like to be a recreational skater rather than a pro, so do you have any suggestions on what I might do to improve my spins?
Do you need to be able to do a pistol squat to sit spin?

Something not mentioned: you have to be able to do a pistol squat, be flexible enough to reach your foot, and stand on one foot with balance.

The problem with my sit spin is that I don't put my legs together and it goes wrong but it has become a habit so can you do a tutorial on how to fix that please
How do I get down lower? i find that when i try and bend lower, i fall backwards. At the moment, I am at about a 100 degree angle. Thank you so much for your help!
Flip jump help, pretty please, broken down like the salchow tutorial! Having so much trouble getting the confidence to jump from front to back on one foot and then landing without falling to the side or backwards!
