Been wanting a DH for awhile now and was waiting for this bike. The prototype looked sick but I was disappointed with that red. After weeks of harassing Santa Cruz, they finally relented and told me this was coming out this summer. Glad I waited, looks sick and love your build ... I'm going with orange fork, spring and the rest black.

I approve of the Shimano Saints Brakeset and Drivetrain, Burgtech Post and Seat, and that AMAZING Fox 40 50th Anniversary Fork, but everything else got to go. My Dream Build would have a Chris King Headset (Gold), 5 Dev DH Cranks (Black), Chris King Hubs (Gold) laced to DT FR560 Wheelset, Cuschcore Pro Rear, Cushcore XC Front, Burgtec Bars, Burgtec Stem, and 5 Dev Pedals (Gold).
That would be an incredible build for sure!

@@zakedginton8767 , first time I have heard of that rim. That looks like a great rim. It appears to be the exact same as the FR560 as far as weight, specs, and measurements goes, but supposedly has better "pinch flat" protection. Also, it looks better!

Some bolts matter more to them than others I suppose lol
I also noticed he greased the loctite for the brakes. He definitely not a big fan of reading manuals
