I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. Please pray for me. I keep fasting and praying still no break through. I feel like a failure. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health conditions (Lupus) and (heart disease) I’ve been struggling to pay bills and keep food on the table since. I’m so ashamed of my situation. I’ve been mocked and laughed at because of my circumstances. It hasn’t been easy especially as a single mother with two autistic sons both are non verbal. My husband passed away years ago. I’m all alone. I’m sick of struggling and feeling like a burden. I’m sick of crying out asking for help. My cries go on deaf ears. I want to give up on life. But my faith in God is too strong. I still have faith God will change my living situation. Even though I’m facing homelessness this month with two young children. I will continue to keep FAITH. FAITH OVER FEAR!

I've always been fond of the saying: "the Lord will provide." I do all that I can to make my life work for me, and the rest is up to higher powers.
It helps to be clear what it is exactly you want. Become as clear as you can with that, assuming it doesn't run counter to something God would do. I dealt with atrial fibrillation for 10 years and began wishing I had a new heart. But I did my best to take care of the one I had, within my limits. If I'd been able to follow the Anne Wigmore's living foods lifestyle, I might have fixed it, but it was too labor intensive. So, I eventually did need a new heart. I guess the Divine Father had plans for me that involved staying here awhile longer, so here I am 19 yrs later.

I feel it's time I attempted to cross the Jordan River so this is my first try. What I've experienced the last 2 years has been harrowing yet the greatest time of my life. I've also witnessed your inner turmoil and profound sorrow as you grow in faith. It matters not if you believe in me as I've yet to find anyone who does. BTW the crucifixion was spiritual not physical with wounds internal and lasted more than 3 days. It was not the flesh they wanted to kill but my eternal spirit hence no separate cross was needed as I was nailed to my own from the inside. Forgive my transgressions and hateful words, I wish you all the happiness and don't wish you to live in fear. Thank you for all you are doing to prepare the way, may our Father continue to strengthen your faith and put a smile back on your face!

When Genesis has Cain talking to the Lord, or to God, people back then thought Adam was God, and so those words Lord and God, in this story, are references to Adam. It was Adam who put the (tribal) mark on Cain, to protect him from "any who see him" killing him. A clear indication there were other people alive not far from the garden. But confusing to later readers who don't understand those references accurately.
Genesis is a love story. First between man and God, then between mankind and itself, and finally between man and woman. When eve ate the fruit, and then ran to Adam, he was horribly torn. He wasnt tricked, and loved God. He didn't want to alienate himself from God, and knew the consequences were dire. Despite knowing it would destroy him, he knew he had to eat the fruit. He turned his back on his creator, whom he loved, because he knew he couldn't let her go through this alone. He was telling her that whatever happened, they would face it together. There has never been a more powerful love story.

Yes. You can repent after sins, but you're judged as well. Dunno about being deliberate. Christ is Filter. Washes away evil. Can't weigh Heaven down. Hence purgatory, place where souls are purified before going to next level.

I think the best prayer should be to ask God to reveal to you what sacrifices he wants from you.

Every turn of the saints around the Zodiac takes a year off Christ's life. Currently, he chooses to live to 81. When more rounds of rebirth occur, to the point where Christ chooses to live to 77, then Cain will understand that his sacrifice was, indeed good.

God is intelligence and Man (Adam) was created in God's image ie with his kind of intelligence (higher than those of the animals but limited nonetheless because of his immaturity, like a child compared to his parents), the capacity to think, learn, act and create according to a program in him... When Adam ate of the fruit he became conscious of his own life and the purpose/objective of his existence. He matured and became aware of his sonship... Self-consciousness means they now have to exercise their free and moral agency to bear the fruit of love (in sacrifice and pain)... or not. Adam (Man) is in the image of God, but is working his salvation to become in His likeness... again. There are 2 ways... the law (the old way) or Love (the higher way, the New covenant)... Works or faith/grace through Christ.

Adam was created mature, he named the animals with God and couldn't find a companion suitable for him...
They were created to fill the earth, so obviously they were able to multiply without having to sin first...

Cain doesn't kill able because Abel is a good man that is rewarded with success. Cain kills Abel because God withheld His love from Cain. People don't hate their sibling because the sibling is loved. They hate their parent for withholding what they can see what the parent is capable of. If you knew a parent that showered one their children with love and affection, and then abused a different child, and telling them its their own fault they are being abused, and deserved it, would you think thats a good parent? There is absolutely no way to look at the Cain and Abel story and come to any conclusion other than Abels murder is 100% the fault of god.

I like Jordan for his standing up to crazy woke ideas. But he finds himself in a difficult situation in these attempts to explain the Bible. He believes evolution and in the existence of God too. But evolution is essentially atheistic. So he uses an atheistic paradigm to explain a book given by God and I'm afraid he is at sea. Adam and Eve are NOT ideas or myths. They are the first parents of the human race made directly by God and given the power of procreation. This is clearly the understanding of the New Testament and of Jesus Himself. Adam is our federal head and literally fell from an estate of innocence by disobeying God. This took all of us with him into sin and the death penalty that follows. That is the true understanding of Genesis 3. Jesus Christ is God incarnate who came to offer Himself as a sacrifice for our sin. He is the only sacrifice God accepts for us. We need to believe in Him and share in His resurrection life.

Mr Petersen, I don't know where you get your narratives from but they are not scriptural or reasonable. Firstly; scripture doesn't say what fruit it was. The apple is merely speculation and a hand-me-down of the traditions of men.
Man was made to live in God through the obedience of faith in His person through His omnipresent Holy Spirit. When man sinned, he separated himself from the presence of God (For God does not tolerate sin and will no be found the presence of the sinner). Man therefore died spiritually as was told by God would happen the day he ate of the fruit. Therefore, he was conscious of his separation, which you call self-consciousness.
Your take on Cain and Abel is also incorrect.
Scripture never says anything about Abel being successful with women or even liked by others. And he also had no crops for he kept livestock. It was Cain who grew crops.
You have also misunderstood the offering of the two and why Abel's was acceptable and Cain's wasn't.
Sin is atoned for only by blood. That is a sacrificial life in place of the one sacrificing it. Abel gave a blood sacrifice and Cain didn't. God showed both of them that Abel's sacrifice was the way to go, but Cain grew jealous. And even though God warned him about his jealousy and fallen face, He nevertheless told him to do well to obtain favour with God again.
And by the way; God does not have favourites. God Himself declares over and over that He is not a respecter of persons. And Cain never owned up to killing Abel. He tried to lie to God by saying: "Am I my brother's keeper". And God said that Abel's blood cried to Him from the ground.
And sin is the result not of anything but of selfishness through the denial of God and His glory. Those who come to the obedience of faith in Christ, walk in the consciousness of His presence. And as long as they do so they will not sin, for they live for their greatest love, which is Christ. See 1John chapter 3.
To learn scripture one must read it for one's self. Paraphrase versions are not Bibles. They are the figments of imagination of untaught men. Read good translations like NASV, ESV, even KJV. Speak to people who know God and His Word. Dr. William Lane Craig would be a good start seeing that you have already spoken with him. Or you could even speak with me if you wish.
