A REALLY good forbidden romance is the Balance series by Lucia Franco. I read the originals but I know she has rewritten them to change the age of the main character, they were originally 15 and early-mid 30s. Its about a gymnast that has Olympic dreams and ends up falling in love with her Russian coach. It has really great detail from the gymnastics world. There are 5 books in the series. I LOVED it.

Haven't read a book in 20 years. I picked up Blood of Zeus by Wild and Payne, and yeah I can't get enough of forbidden romance

Alexandra Beatrice I don't want to spoil anything, but it starts with the main character meeting up with a man she loves but can't have Bc FORBIDDEN. You learn who he is and WHY it's forbidden as it goes on. Must read. I first read it a looong time ago and it randomly comes into my brain and inspires a reread. Go in without spoilers for the full effect!!

Bound by Temptation by Cora Reilly is a mafia romance and the hero is supposed to protect the the heroine, so it’s kinda a bodyguard romance :)
it’s a stand-alone so you don’t have to read the other books in the series unless you want to !!

Bound by Honor starts off a series, I have not read all the books in the series however. Nero-Made Men series (Lucca was my favorite so far in that series), and there’s the Twist Me series, and I liked the Tormentor Mine part of the twist me series as well.
Lylah James has amazing mafia books! The Mafia and His Angel, it’s 3 books, then the second part of the series is The Mafia and His Obsession which is two books, then there is a novella called Blood and Roses. She is writing more books in the series too!

If you really loved Birthday Girl by Penelope Douglas I highly recommend Him by L.L. Ash. They are basically interchangeable.
If you want just another forbidden romance, I highly recommend Dreams of 18 by Saffron A. Kent. This is my favorite. If u want more let me know I read so many Forbidden Romance books.
