    🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.
If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

I enjoy most of the content this channel puts out but this specific 3 part series is BY FAR my favorite! This is probably the most fascinated I've been watching a food review show EVER and I LOVE that it's not JUST about the food. Like, I love that Sonny is actually willing to participate and learn about other cultures instead of simply dismissing anything he's unfamiliar with. 💖 This is a wonderful show and amazing series 💯

This is the one channel ive commented the most on. And i rarely comment. Sonny and the crew are a proper amazement. Its one thing just to go and film, but he wants to go further and learn how to complement the food hes been given in the native language. Every single time. I cant imagine how many takes he had trying to click the names as well as the iron will to humbly accept all offerings, paying respect to the knowledge that hes being gifted the foods he gets offered.

Just so yall know, not everyone in Africa live like this and its quite rare to find people like this. Most people live in cities and towns while the elderly and children live in villages (with modern houses, electricity, wifi, water and other stuff) im saying all this coz videos like this make it seem like africans live in the wild while its actually not true❤️ love from Botswana, Africa

It’s fascinating to see how certain African tribes hunt their own food. They have a wide variety of animals roaming around, and they never seem to run out of choices. They all go together in groups which makes up for effective teamwork and cooperation.

Well actuallly the old chief told this fella I was listening to, that there used to be thousands of species it was like a supermarket you could pick any animal you could ever want and there was plenty of them. Now it’s just baboons and small game like birds or bush babies. It’s getting harder for them to hunt because the baboons are getting smart along with the hunters.
