My brother's friend Juan gave me this type of gift basket for my birthday. We live in the South so he made it country style. It had a Toby Keith CD, a picture he'd printed out of Johnny Cash, and picture of a Ford pickup, and the best part which killed me was a blanket of the American flag that said made in China on the tag. We were all laughing when his mom came in, looked at the basket, looked at him and said "I thought you were kidding about the gift basket."
